Assembly Operative – Radcliffe
£13.50 per hour | 07:30am – 5pm| Monday to Thursday, Friday early finish of 2.30pm | Temp to Perm

Aspired Talent are recruiting an Assembly Operative to join our client’s door and wardrobe manufacturing team in Radcliffe.

This is a practical, hands-on role offering a temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable candidate with good attention to detail.

The role

– Assemble door and wardrobe components to the required specifications.
– Use hand and power tools safely to fit and secure components.
– Check finished products for quality and accuracy.
– Handle and move materials carefully to prevent damage.
– Support the production team with general manufacturing duties.
– Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.
– Follow work instructions and company health and safety procedures.

About you

– Previous assembly, furniture manufacturing or similar practical experience would be advantageous.
– Confident using hand and power tools.
– Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
– Comfortable carrying out manual handling.
– Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

Hours and pay

-Day shift, Monday to Friday
-£13.50 per hour
-Temp-to-perm opportunity
